Managing Care in the Home
We understand how difficult it can be finding quality home care providers to support needs in the home. Our tailored range of services should help, during what can be a difficult and stressful time. This can range from help around the home two hours a week to 24-hour live in care. Our expert knowledge of local services, care companies and specialist resources will ensure that the right care is delivered, in the right way, when and where it’s needed. We can also help where unexpected problems have arisen or care needs have changed.
If the home care package includes personal care we would need to start with an Inclusive Consultation to inform our recommendations This includes a needs assessment followed by research to identify suitable care, equipment and technology providers that can meet the level of care and support required now and in the future, alongside any other issues specified during the consultation.
Bronze Service Package
Research care and support, equipment and technology providers and provide a tailored short list for our client to choose from

Silver Service Package
Research care and support, equipment and technology providers and provide a tailored short list plus attendance at relevant meetings with prospective care providers to assess suitability.
Where necessary, arrange and be available at the home or hospital when providers’ care assessment takes place.
