About Chris Moon-Willems
Chris Moon-Willems is a qualified Social Worker with over 30 years’ experience of working for the NHS and Social Services in senior management roles, specialising in the care of older people, to become a recognised expert in elderly care. Chris has been interviewed many times and has appeared on both national TV and radio.
About Liz Tremlett
Liz Tremlett has worked in Occupational Therapy (OT) settings since 2001 and has a wide range of experience in the NHS, Social Services, Housing and the private sector as a rehabilitation case manager and OT Consultant. Liz is a qualified Manual Handling Trainer and has taught in a variety of settings around the country.
About Richenda Solomon
P.A. and Operations Manager
Richenda spent over 12 years working in the City of London for one of the worlds largest law firms as P.A. to the Head of the International Corporate Practice Group and Assistant Office Manager for the Corporate Practice based in London.
Richenda has gained experience across many disciplines from Marketing, Event Management and Business Development through to IT and Accounts.
Richenda directly assists Chris Moon-Willems in successfully managing the business, focusing on financial management, business development and IT infrastructure. Relative Matters are proud to have Richenda as part of their team.
The most recent member to the Relative Matters team, Chris, trained at the University College Hospital London and qualified as a Registered General Nurse in 1980 going on to work at the University College Hospital and then Brighton Hospital.
Chris worked as a District Nurse for over 30 years in and around Brighton and Hove, as well as for a local Hospice and nursing home delivering end-of-life care.
Since 2008 Chris has worked within an NHS Continuing Healthcare Team and has extensive experience in this area, in particular, palliative care and managing complex long-term conditions.
Public speaking and author
Chris Moon-Willems is a published author. Her book ‘Relative Matters’ was written strategically to help people navigate the complex care system.
As an accomplished and informative public speaker, she has presented at Social Care Seminars to NHS staff, AgeUK conferences, at the Government’s ‘Putting People First’ programme as well as to numerous local authorities in the South East on person-centred care and dementia-related topics.
